At every point during the planning process, consultations, and day of services, she was the epitome of the compassionate professional. Her caring charm and bubbly personality put the whole bridal party at ease on what could have a very stressful day. She was always willing to answer any and all questions in a supportive and non-judgmental manner. I personally am allergic to life. Melanie took the time to go through each product/brand with me to see if there was anything that may irritate my skin. Before officially applying the products, she made sure we tested her hypoallergenic products just to make sure I would not have an allergic reaction. These actions communicated that she was not only concerned with making each individual feel beautiful, she wanted to make sure each woman felt comfortable and safe while receiving her services. The day of the Disney themed wedding, she took into account each individual’s needs, wants, personalities, and Disney princess inspiration for each look. She did not try to mask any of the individuals, rather she used her talents to highlight each person’s unique beauty. The whole process left every individual feeling not just like a princess, but a queen in her own right. I truly wish I could give her a rating over 5 stars for her compassion, professionalism, patience, and talent. I would 1000% recommend her for whatever make-up needs you may desire.
